- Interacting with the customers or clients essentially over the phone and Emails.
- Addressing queries of the potential clients and selling the right solution to them.
- Maintain relationships effectively with existing & new customers in order to improve the revenue base.
- Selling online property advertisements / branding solutions to clients(brokers/builders) by assessing their business requirements.
- Ensuring optimal coverage of the assigned territory at all times by tapping in new brokers and builders
- Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing client base in the assigned territory.
- Handling complete sales cycle including Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, closing on commercials and deals.
